Retirement is an occasion of great significance in a person's life after performing services in any institution for over 40 years when a person retires the organisation throws a party to acknowledge the contribution of the person for the institution.
It is a day filled with mixed emotions where there is some excitement some anxiety and some sadness prevailing in the atmosphere.

Today we are here to bid adieu to our beloved Vikas Dixit Sir who has successfully completed 40 years event full service in this institution.
Dear friends retirement is the time to rest relax and reflect on the things we have done with our careers and families and how it is shaped who we are today.
It's the time of celebration no worries about her and Monday in activities it's time to start doing all those exciting things you never had time for before so are you excited or are you nervous every emotion is valid.
Today is the day when we are enjoying the best years of our life and looking back fondly over our accomplishments .

Mr Dixit has been an embodiment of resilience compassion hard work and determination to throw more light on his life I would like to invite respected Director sir on the stage
Thank you so much Sir for your beautiful speech. Sir has rightly said often when you think you are at the end of something you are at the beginning of something else.
