When you you are leaving any organisation it is required to write a farewell email before your last day. In the farewell email you have to describe your experiences in the organisation during your tenure.

You have to thank your seniors for their support and you have to acknowledge the importance of your colleagues during your work in the organisation.

Hello all,

I want to bid farewell to you all and inform you that I am leaving(Name of Company) and my last day is coming up on 19 October, 2022.

I have enjoyed my time here and I appreciate having had this wonderful opportunity to work with you all. In this 2 years 4 months 1 day journey - To all here with whom I have ever coordinated, worked, talked, assisted, shared emails, learned one or other thing - THANK YOU!

During my tenurehere,you all have provided me support and through your encouragement and guidance I have been able to excel at projects offered to me. With many of you, I have shared a unique camaraderie which I hope will continue in years to come even thoughI shall not be here with the company. I know I'll carry the things I've learned here with me to my next adventure, and I'll always look back on this experience with a lot of fondness. ( As firsts are always so special)
